1. Acceptance of Terms

By participating in DIHO Consulting USA LLC’s Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not participate in the Program.

2. Purpose of the Program

The Program is designed to reward individuals (“Referrers”) who refer qualified candidates (“Referred Candidates”) for job opportunities with DIHO Consulting USA LLC (“DIHO Consulting,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

3. Eligibility to Participate

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• Referrers may be members of the general public, current DIHO Consulting employees, or contractors, unless prohibited by law or company policy.
• Referred Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

4. Referral Submission

• All referrals must be submitted through the process designated by DIHO Consulting (e.g., online form, email submission, or other approved method).

5. No Guarantee of Employment

Referring a candidate does not guarantee that they will be hired. All hiring decisions are at the sole discretion of DIHO Consulting or the hiring client company.

6. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide about yourself and the Referred Candidate is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification from the Program.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Refer yourself or provide false candidate information.
• Engage in any fraudulent, misleading, or unethical behavior in connection with the Program.
• Harass or pressure individuals into applying for positions through DIHO Consulting.

8. Program Modifications and Termination

DIHO Consulting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or other official communication channels.

9. Changes to Terms

DIHO Consulting may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
