Millwrights / Mechanical Technicians play a key role in installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting heavy industrial machineryensuring production lines, power systems, and equipment stay safe, efficient, and reliable.

What You'll Do

  • Install and align machinery such as pumps, compressors, conveyors, turbines, and generators.
  • Align and level machines using precision tools like laser alignment systems, micrometers, and levels to ensure smooth operation.
  • Assemble, disassemble, and rebuild complex mechanical systems.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.

  • Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and equipment adjustments.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
  • Work safely around heavy equipment in industrial settings such as manufacturing plants, power facilities, and refineries.


Basic Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.

  • Ability to pass a drug test.

  • E-Verify eligibility required.

  • Background check conducted in accordance with client requirements.

  • Must be presentable and prepared for interviews.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and alignment techniques.
  • Ability to use precision and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Safety-focused, reliable, and team-oriented.
